Ketentuan Penggunaan

BMKG menyediakan data dan informasi meteorologi, klimatologi, dan geofisika sebagai bentuk pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat.

BMKG berhak mengubah atau memperbarui Ketentuan Penggunaan ini sewaktu-waktu tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.

BMKG tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian yang timbul akibat gangguan teknis, kesalahan sistem, atau hal-hal di luar kendali BMKG.

BMKG tidak bertanggung jawab atas konten dari situs web pihak ketiga yang tertaut dengan layanan aplikasi situs web layanan publik BMKG.

Dalam Ketentuan Penggunaan ini yang dimaksud dengan:

• Anomali Akses adalah pola akses tidak wajar seperti permintaan data dalam jumlah besar secara otomatis dan berulang dalam waktu singkat.
• Produk Kartografi adalah peta cuaca, radar, dan citra satelit yang dipublikasikan oleh BMKG.
• Infografis adalah penyajian data dan informasi cuaca dalam bentuk visual grafis.
• Materi Edukasi adalah konten pembelajaran mengenai meteorologi, klimatologi, dan geofisika yang dipublikasikan oleh BMKG.
• Scraping adalah aktivitas pengambilan data secara otomatis dan masif menggunakan bot atau skrip tanpa izin resmi dari BMKG.

Anda memperoleh hak terbatas, tidak eksklusif, dan tidak dapat dipindahtangankan untuk mengakses dan menggunakan layanan aplikasi situs web layanan publik BMKG untuk keperluan pribadi dan non-komersial.

Hak akses ini dapat dicabut sewaktu-waktu apabila Anda melanggar ketentuan dalam Ketentuan Penggunaan ini.

Layanan aplikasi situs web layanan publik BMKG dioptimalkan untuk diakses secara manual oleh manusia melalui peramban (browser) web.

BMKG berhak memantau pola akses dan dapat memblokir akses Anda tanpa pemberitahuan apabila ditemukan anomali akses.

Pengambilan data secara otomatis dan terprogram wajib dilakukan melalui jalur API resmi yang disediakan oleh BMKG.

Pengguna yang memerlukan pengaksesan layanan secara khusus dapat menghubungi BMKG untuk membuat kerja sama resmi terkait akses API, hak akses khusus, dan hal-hal lainnya.

Situs web layanan publik BMKG dapat memuat tautan atau widget dari pihak ketiga. BMKG tidak bertanggung jawab atas konten atau praktik dari situs pihak ketiga tersebut.

Seluruh Produk Kartografi, Infografis, dan Materi Edukasi yang dipublikasikan oleh BMKG merupakan hak kekayaan intelektual BMKG.

• Dilarang menggunakan program, skrip, atau alat otomatis apa pun untuk melakukan scraping.
• Dilarang menghapus logo, watermark, atau elemen identitas resmi BMKG dari produk yang digunakan.
• Dilarang melakukan pemotongan (cropping) konten yang menghilangkan konteks penting dari informasi tersebut.
• Dilarang mengubah keutuhan data resmi BMKG.

• Konten yang berasal dari situs web layanan publik BMKG wajib dicantumkan atribusi berupa "Sumber: BMKG".
• Wajib menggunakan logo BMKG yang sesuai dengan pedoman identitas visual BMKG.
• Wajib menyertakan tautan langsung ke sumber konten pada situs web layanan publik BMKG.
• Penggunaan untuk kepentingan komersial wajib mendapat izin tertulis dari BMKG.

Ketentuan Penggunaan ini tunduk pada hukum yang berlaku di Republik Indonesia.

Setiap klaim atau perselisihan yang timbul akan diselesaikan sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia.

Situs web dan/atau aplikasi layanan publik BMKG dapat mengalami gangguan akibat Keadaan Kahar (force majeure) yang berada di luar kendali BMKG, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada bencana alam, gangguan jaringan telekomunikasi, kebijakan pemerintah, atau kondisi darurat lainnya.

BMKG berhak melakukan tindakan yang dianggap perlu untuk melindungi integritas layanan dan data publik, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada:

• pembatasan akses;
• pemblokiran akun;
• pemblokiran alamat IP;
• pelaporan kepada pihak berwajib;
• tindakan hukum lainnya apabila diperlukan.

BMKG provides meteorological, climatological, and geophysical data and information as a form of public service to the community.

BMKG reserves the right to change or update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.

BMKG is not responsible for any losses arising from technical disruptions, system errors, or matters beyond BMKG's control.

BMKG is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked to the BMKG public service website application.

For the purposes of these Terms of Use:

• Access Anomaly refers to abnormal access patterns, such as large-scale, automated, and repeated data requests within a short period of time.
• Cartographic Products refers to weather maps, radar imagery, and satellite imagery published by BMKG.
• Infographics refers to the visual presentation of weather data and information.
• Educational Materials refers to learning content on meteorology, climatology, and geophysics published by BMKG.
• Scraping refers to the automated and mass collection of data using bots or scripts without official permission from BMKG.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access and use the BMKG public service website application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This access right may be revoked at any time if you violate the provisions of these Terms of Use.

The BMKG public service website application is optimized for manual access by humans through a web browser.

BMKG reserves the right to monitor access patterns and may block your access without notice if an access anomaly is detected.

Automated and programmatic data retrieval must be carried out through the official API provided by BMKG.

Users who require special access to services may contact BMKG to establish an official cooperation agreement regarding API access, special access rights, and other matters.

The BMKG public service website may contain links or widgets from third parties. BMKG is not responsible for the content or practices of such third-party sites.

All Cartographic Products, Infographics, and Educational Materials published by BMKG are the intellectual property of BMKG.

• Prohibited from using any program, script, or automated tool to perform scraping.
• Prohibited from removing BMKG's logo, watermark, or official identity elements from any product used.
• Prohibited from cropping content in a way that removes important context from the information.
• Prohibited from altering the integrity of BMKG's official data.

• Content originating from the BMKG public service website must include the attribution "Source: BMKG".
• The BMKG logo used must comply with BMKG's visual identity guidelines.
• A direct link to the original content on the BMKG public service website must be included.
• Use for commercial purposes requires prior written permission from BMKG.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of Indonesia.

Any claims or disputes arising shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Indonesia.

The BMKG public service website and/or application may experience disruptions due to Force Majeure beyond BMKG's control, including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications network disruptions, government policies, or other emergency conditions.

BMKG reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary to protect the integrity of its services and public data, including but not limited to:

• restricting access;
• blocking accounts;
• blocking IP addresses;
• reporting to the relevant authorities;
• other legal action as necessary.
